Rec Warehouse rip-off! Above ground pool, gazebo and spa installation unsatisfactory. Norcross Georgia
I purchased a Gazebo with hot tub and an above ground pool from Rec Warehouse in Gwinnett County, Ga. The installation was the responsibilty of Rec Warehouse.
Upon the initial installations, I immediately complained to Rec Warehouse that the Gazebo leaked and the structure was loose. The spa has yet to used as a result. The pool was never used before it's support structure began to loosen at the connecting points.
Rec Warehouse sent someone out 4 different occasions and each time the worker had problems repairing all of the problems. Finally, Rec Warehouse refused to complete the installation satisfactory. Neither the Gazebo, spa or pool are usable in their present state.
