Just got an credit alert. So looked to see what it was. The company that was listed on my credit report is receivable management group. So I called them up to see who they where collecting for. First the rep want to know who I received this alert from. She stated they on reported to one of the credit report companies and not any other. Then I gave her my name and she couldn't find it on file. She said there could have been a mix up. I would like to know what can be done
