Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
i came into this program for my alcoholism with a open mind and heart i learned real quick not to rock the boat i was shocked by the conduct of both directers . during my stay i learned that there was no such thing as confidentiality and their way of keeping control was to use fear based tatitics and talk about other patients information which is wrong since treatment centers are suppose to keep patients safe and secure and keep their info in confenditiality. when i decided to not stay the extra 2 months due to having young children and financially i was private pay and have no insurance,  the way i was treated changed extremley. From the afternoon that i turned both a job offer from them as a cook and declined the 2 months more it became apparent that they were not happy. I was asked to leave the 29th day at 11pm due to a miscomunication and  conflict with the directors in which the attacked me verbally saying i was not doing the program and being honest. during my whole stay i was never once cited for any misconduct nor was i ever verbally warned. i passed every single drug and alcohol test given to me and never had my privleges revoked at any time. when i left i thought to put this as a lesson learned and put it behind me unfortunatley the directors made it a personal matter and took it upon themselves to write a dishonest letter to the courts trying to defame my character and integrity. i feel in writing this letter it is a matter of principal. i feel the misuse of power against patients who are seeking treatment is a matter of abuse and should be looked into exspecially because they are suppose to be in the business of helping those in need and not abusing and taking advantage of families and patients at a time whenthey have no where else to go. I appalled by their misconduct and dishonesty. rms eluded to the other patients that i had relapsed even though i have been sober since 8/22/2012 and been working on my recovery with aa and working my steps with my sponsor. do not send a loved one to this program it is full of personal chaos of the directors. i would like to thank the facilators for the foundation they gave me. i would love to know wether Carol or Melissa have there credentials on drug and alcohol treatment and if they have been trained to work with patients directly or just to run a business. i hope that this state or county looks into this matter it is really needed.  Respectfully Souad Z
