Regional Legal Group Tiiffany, Miller, JM stated I was up for fraud, had an appointment with a judge next week, owed a debt of $3,997 Nationwide
My daughter recieved a call on her cell phone, which is in my name, that I had a civil suit and had to appear before a judge next week. I suspected fraud. when I returned the call, Miller stated that I had a debt that I owed, that I shoud have received court papers, that I was up for fraud and theft, that there are a whole host of issues, that I owed a certain bank $3,997 on an old debt. And that the bank would settle for $1,915 if I paid now. The he said $1,957.13. He said I needed an approval #, which he gave me, then sent me to Tiffany, who asked for my credit card to take the $1,967 payment (note the amount changed slightly, which is the 2nd time the amount changed). I told her I did not recognize the debt (though I did have dealings with that bank in the past). She said, well, they are all a big conglomerate, and are the same as Chase, B of A etc. (ha!)They're not that good at it!
