Thinking about signing a lease with an office suite? Think again. You may be tethered to them way longer than you think. When you move out, they will NOT forward your mail. If you send a change of address to USPS, you will receive an answer saying that the office suite is a Commercial Receiving Agency (CMRA) and that you have an agreement (???what agreement--time to pull out the small print contract which of course no one bothered to explain...) with that CMRA that says that mail addressed to the CMRA will not be forwarded through USPS. The post office will then explain to you that the CMRA MAY remail to your new address with payment of new postage--good luck with that because neither REGUS or Office Suites Plus will do that---and even if they do (get that in writing BEFORE you sign the lease) after 6 months they can refuse to send your mail to you.
Why doesn't REGUS explain this? Easy--they want to lock you in for another year lease. Amazing that USPS allows this at all. BUYER BEWARE
