I am on a very fixed income, and live alone with my severlly impaired daughter....I contacted this company as I had a lot of debt that needed to be settled so I could start to rebuild my credit...They were very positive and encouraging
I checked reviews on the internet...and after a lot of thought....decided to go with this company....I started it in Sept 2012, each and every month that I got paid they took the agreed upon payment..171.00..I was in close telephone contact with them
After trying multiple times to telephone as I always had....I was unable to get in touch with them...My contact person was Erica....She knew I had to watch each penny I get as I have my daughter to care for and I needed debt help....
Her concern was completely a lie.....As I was unable to get in touch with her....I did get a voice mail of a man that I did not recognize...I left a message and got no response to my concern..
I then contacted the "bank" Gatewaydebtpay to inquire....I was told by the representative that Renaissance had "skipped town"...and that this was the first time this has ever happened to a client of theirs.....I am absolutely distraut over this news
I and my daughtler live on 12000.00 a year....It is not easy for sure...They knew this....and Another concern in THEY HAVE ALL MY PERSONNEL INFOTMATION, bank account, SS#, etc....Identity fraud is on my mind...and they setteled nothing for me....I do not know what to do.......

I have been with Renaissance Debt Solution, Hunt Valley for over 5 years. They have
settled many debts for me up until this last January. I was dealing with Erica. I had all their
contact informaiton and they always responded. The last debt they settled for me was in January and I have been waiting
since January of 2013 for informaiton on a new settlement that they are to start working on. On their web site I
have been contacting them and calling them and no responce. I have been mailing in my money every month except
one month. I checked online and it shows an active settlement but, does not show who to and they are taking and
depleating the current funds I have mailed in and applying to monthly fees. So they are eating up the funds. I have
notified them that by website and phone message with some guy answering the voicemail (that will not return calls),
that I do not intend to mail another payment until they contact me with all the information needed.
To date I have not heard a word, calling daily. There is no way to get my money back that they have kept and are
still drawing out each month of the account and using it up.
I wanted all my debts resolved and have worked hard at it and now I am 4 creditors away and they are leaving
holding the bag.
