There is much more to the stormchasing America reroof industry
that homeowners have to fear than a crook simply taking the down payment and
disappearing.  General contractor business practices like not paying subcontractors, salespeople, and suppliers can often lead to far worse storm damages.

J. R. Emrich and Mark Lenzer of Oklahoma have perfected the practice of absolving themselves of all responsibility standing behind their Reroof America storm work and products, while profiting on the misfortune of others.

Reroof America Management Corporation of Edmond, Oklahoma is the parent company of Reroof America Contractors and Reroof America LLC, and other Reroof America offices in
Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, and other states that get reroofing shingle storm damage on a regular basis.

Reroof America Management Corporation,  2904 Via Esperanza , Edmond, Oklahoma  73013 will open an office in a storm damaged area with the express purpose and intent of pretending to be local until the easy sales and cherry picking work is done, then they fade away, leaving a
shell of an office and local customers wondering why the building is empty and
the phones are disconnected.  Meanwhile, they have moved on to another area where panicked storm victims are easy pickings.  While the Reroof America office may be physically gone, they will retain the required licensing on file until the next storm rolls through, as Reroof America Glendale Phoenix did recently, then simply repeat the process, though they claim to be "local."

President of Reroof America Management Corporation J.R. Emrich employs Reroof America Corp. Vice President Mark Lenzer to ride herd over his vast network of cronies/branch managers, who J. R. Emrich controls with his bankroll, rather than the legitimate management practice of demanding ethical professional production performance and customer service behavior.  Watch the website video and youll see a folksy, non-intimidating J. R. Emrich reassuring you how much he cares, while
in reality his emails and phone conversations berate and belittle his managers
and employees.  J. R. Emrich requires his managers to conspire to defraud employees to relieve the managers of his mistakes, or he will take the money from the managers to make his own books
profitable.  Do not be deceived by J. R. Emrichs outward appearance that Mark Lenzer or J.R.  care for anyone but themselves.  This will become apparent when the internal documents are published online in the near future (Look for RoofiLeaks!).

Mark Lenzer and J. R. Emrich have crafted an employment contract that guarantees Reroof America Contractors a profit no matter what at the expense of the sales staff and subcontractors, and homeowners.  Unfortunately,  roofers are not the sharpest tools in the shed, and by the time roofing subs and Reroof America salespeople realize they have been working for nothing for months, they are broke and its often too late to recover the stolen income, especially since the subcontractors now lack the funds to attempt collection proceedings (a nifty trick)eventually, most
roofers get smart enough to know there may be other recourse available to collect from a general contractor that doesnt cost the smaller operators thousands of dollars:  Filing Mechanics
Liens on the property of the homeowner / storm victim.

We have been forced to do this in several markets, and it is a big surprise to the homeowner that not only can they not sell their home,  but may end up in court and paying the subcontractor themselves, and that their personal credit rating can be affected as well.

This is the only method proven to get a response from Reroof America Management Corporation, and just enough of a response to make everyone think they have fulfilled their obligations, leaving the appearance of having  saved the homeowners from the mean, malicious, disgruntled former employee.

Mark Lenzer, Vice President , Reroof America  Contractors OK 73116 has gone so far as to
issue Waiver of Liens that attempt to rewrite Colorado state law in Reroofs favor, which of course is illegal, among the many illegal, unethical actions Reroof America will perform to relieve themselves of any obligations, legal, monetary, or ethical.  Google Reroof America complaints and youll see why Reroof had to buy a business license from an employee to reopen the Denver office.
Interesting stuff, when Reroof America Management Corporations own insurance company refused to cover Reroof Americas commercial roofing installation mistakes on a huge Holiday Inn.  In fact, Reroof America is now required to pay an exorbitant amount of money for insurance on a job by job basis due to the fact they are deemed a high risk by insurance companies because of their shoddy workmanship and management practices (more internal documents-- RoofiLeaks!).

Roofers are not lawyers, and while reasonably expecting fair compensation for their hard work, find out too late how Reroof America has victimized not only them, but the homeowners as well.   And so
Reroof America Contractors, Reroof America LLC, Reroof America KC MO (or any number of deviations to the name) goes on to repeat the process in yet another storm damaged shingle market.

While Reroof America Management Corporation OK 405 330-5400 seems to have the endorsement of some major insurance carriers, in reality Reroof America Corp. puts the responsibility for the warranty back on the disgruntled contractor for 2 years.  So, who is responsible if something goes wrong?  Try getting back a contractor to work on your property whos been fleeced in the
first place.  Or try getting your insurance company to repair defective workmanship.  Is this the type of General Contractor you would like to work on your most valuable investment, your home?

We are seeking former Reroof America Contractors subs, employees, and homeowner customers who feel they were subjected to the same illegal treatment described above for possible
compensation through other legal means such as class action lawsuit or deposition.  Please contact us via phone or email at (((REDACTED))).
