I really am sorry to have to write this. My first time being able to afford to buy NEW furniture, and get what I want. I did not buy online, My husband and I went to rhodes, we were greeted at the door. My husband and I took our time, we looked at everything. Saw a couple of Livingroom sofa and chair that would go in our livingroom but I was waiting for The sofa. Sales person was with us the whole time. At the end of our search and all most ready to leave, the Chair. It is awsome, I love this chair. The colors were so me. The problem was the size of the chair. I wanted to be able to curl up. The sales person then show me a double chair, and i could get it in the same fabric as the the smaller chair.

My husband and I pick the sofa that was group with the chair. I purchased the extra 60m extended waranty, and scotchgaurd for the sofa and chair. 6 to 8 weeks to wait. I then painted my livingroom, bought curtains etc. to match the chair. I was so happy when I got the call that furniture was coming early. When my sofa and chair arrived. The sofa was beautiful. The chair was not what we ordered at all. For three days after that we were on the phone with rhodes. As it turned out the chair in the fabric I was in love, they can make the double chair in that color. I was really up set.

I wanted all my money back so I could go some where else. My husband ended up working out a great deal. The smaller Chair in the color I wanted had a matching attoman. Rhodes would give us the smaller chair and attoman at no extra cost to us. I was pleased. 4 more weeks ended up being a week and 1/2. I was even happier. As it turns out I got it early because it was the store demo. That would be fine but they didn't even ask me.

There is a snag on the top, on the side it looks like its coming unsewed. The sofa pillows already the treds are coming lose. I am going to keep it. I just think a satisfied customer is important to good business. Rhodes wiil still lose, I still need more furniture for other rooms. Rhodes will not get my business. This may not matter to them, I am hopping this will help other customers who are looking for a good experience. Don't go to Rhodes. Thank you,
