Richard takes money for services that he cannot fulfill and he is a pathological liar. has anyone ever actually been to his supposed office in Carson City? I agree...DO NOT SEND THIS GUY MONEY!!!!! not only did he take us for a huge chunk of change but becaus of his compulsive lies we lost about three months. He refused to meet with us, we tried to meet him in Carson City but he absolutely refused to meet u, i don't even know if his'office' is real. I know for a fact that he is being investigated by the attorney general office in New York and Pennsylvania, the best thing you can do is call your state's attorney generals office to file a complain, even if you do get your money back, we need to shut him down so he can't do this to anyone else.

You chould do a chargeback with your credit card. And you should also file with PayPal for "Item Not Recieved." PayPal has buyer protection with 45 days of purchase if you did not receive anything. The terms of your credit card may differ. I am sure PayPal knows by now he is a scam artist, so you have a very good case. Also, if you have a copy of your e-mails to Richard, you can produce those if needed. PayPal will probably not require any evidence, though. Richard ripped me off too.
