I bought a gaming computer used from Riodeels about two months ago. He had 1k+ positive reviews and no bad ones. Nowhere did it say I had the option of a 30day money back guarantee, but it had a 3 year warranty. The pc was used but "in excellent condition." 2 weeks after recieving the pc, it went bad. Locking up during youtube videos, dvds etc. Then it started crashing to a blue dump screen. I sent it to him, trusting him. Maybe he didn't know it was sick from the previous owners? He gets it, and "fixes" it awfully fast, 2 days! However, he lives far from me, so he sent it back. Ofc a week goes by, blue screen again. And before all that, he sent me a graphic card saying that maybe that's what's wrong, it wasn't. He was just killing my time to run out a 30day money back guarantee that I wasn't even aware of. Now I can't contact ebay at all to file a report, because for ebay, the listing has expired. I can't call them without a code and to get a code, I need to report the item. Ebay is now set up differently so beware. They make it much easier to get scammed. Do not buy from Rio if you value your money. I used a debit card for this purchase.

I was never told about or offered a refund. He instead had me keep sending it to him until the return time ran out. Ebay had a return policy I didn't know existed.
