From time to time I check out google to see what I can find on people I do business with. I checked out Joe about 4 years ago when we started on a project. I knew that he was wicked smart because it is easy to see. But I read this and immediately brought it to his attention. That was 4 years ago. I still work for Joe today. Why? Because I am ethical, honest and hardworking. All charateristics that Joe shares and values in others.
Admittedly, I have seen Joe tee off on those who screw clients or friends. I have no idea where his passion comes from, but he definately has a short fuse for unethcial behavior. I have never seen him lose his cool or threaten anyone. In saying that, I HAVE seen him pursue what is right, to protect others and quickly exit a relationship if unethical behavior is a problem. In one instance that I was involved in, walking away from a almost guarenteed large financial benefit. It actually cost me money, but in the end, his instincts were spot on.
Joe speaks openly about losing money and making bad business decisions. In almost every critical decision we have made as a group, Joe referrs back to those decisions in warning us not to make hasty or ego driven directional changes. Almost every time, he has been right, and we as a group learn from it.
I work on a project that he overseas about 25 other people, give or take. This project is significant and involves several large businesses. We have had this project for over 4 years, and I have never heard the executive team talk disparagingly about Joe. Which is amazing to me because they seem to have something to say about everyone. Joe seems to calm the waters when necessary, hold accountablity where necessary and make us want to perform well because of the respect he has for all of us.
We had a new employee that brought this to my attention again today who just started working for us. I smiled and told him to ask the other 25 people who have been working for him for the last 4 years how they feel about him. He came back and suggested that Joe have this removed and I told him that I made that suggestion and Joe told me no. It is a part of his life, and forces those that matter to look at his character not read it online.
So I felt that I should write this. And I will not put my name because Joe would not want me to. I am pretty sure that Joe would not want anyone to. Another point worth mentioning. Joe since this failure, has been one of the most giving and consistent people I have ever met. His story is amazing! I have seen him see and accomplish things that are to most seen as impossible. I pray that continues.

Once again Joe lies. He had a year to file a lawsuit and didn't. Why not? Simply put--because he had nothing. The contract CLEARLY states "if and when". We even added the addendum to the contract to make it perfectly clear to him. He he signed it. He is a poor business man if he hired people and spent the money on an uncompleted contract. This shows you what kind of business man he is. Now, as to all those people loosing their jobs, I know this is a lie. I still deal with Ricardo and he knows Joe. Enough said on that. Everyone knows that he is exagerating the circumstances of this deal to make us look like the bad ones here, because he can not read a contract. I was also suprised by this rebuttle because Joe is the one to make all the false aqusations on his first ripoff report. I just answered it to clear the air. We have moved on also, and really hope to never run into another person like Joe again. Life is too short to deal with unprofessional jerks like him. Bye Bye Joey Everyone should really avoid this guy at all costs and not do any business with him. He is VERY unstable.

I was surprised to read this post. I have intimate knowledge on what was discussed and was present at nearly all the executive meetings with everyone else at Rival Industries. Robert Driscoll is the guys name who wrote this report. There is a man named Don White out of Idaho, who was also defrauded by this group. Robert Driscoll, Robert Russell, Ricardo Delgado, Cal Jacobson (based out of Montana) are in fact frauds in the financial world. The rhetoric of Joe actually threatening them is probably true, as nearly 50 people lost their jobs and a company was destroyed by the actions of these individuals. Phoenix Capital Investment Group, out of Palmdale/ Santa Monica California is in fact a fraudulent company and these individuals are also in fact fraudulent. Due dillegence was completed by this group including having access to all financial records and the four locations which were up and runnign at the time they signed the contract. They signed a contract, sent emails, and concluded to defend their ability to fund the project by stating the money was being held by homeland security, was locked up in gold deposits in a warehouse in Utah, and subsequently put the company (Rival) in a tail spin. To Ricardo's Defense, he also suffered a huge blow due to the actions of this group. I will gladly have all of the taped conversations, documents, and subsequent research released to anyone that is interested in seeing it. There will be a lawsuit against these individuals, eventually, but those who gave their lives to this project are faced with a grave decision of rebuilding their lives first. The FBI was contacted, but they declined stating it was a civil case. At this point, several people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and Joe lost millions. We never went to a bank or looked for additional financing. That is as untrue as the rest of his document. We have all moved on from the venture, licked our wounds and settled in on something in the future. There were alot of good people affected by these people... Now the really interesting response to what was written... "Joe is bi-polar"... The thought is almost as absurd as the statement. Anyone who risks as much as he did, and loses as much as he did, due to fraud would be just as angry, especially in light of the circumstances. I thought he would fold and just check out, but he did the opposite and over the last year I have seen him actually grow to understand, accept, and create a strategy to hold those people accountable. So Robert, I have a deal for you... Send me your information, and I will make sure you get served with a lawsuit. I will equally give anyone on this site my email address: [email protected]. If you are thinking of doing business with Phoenix Capital Investment Group or Anteope Valley Financial Services, please send me a request and I will make the information available to you. If you have been affected by the fraud of these individuals, please send me a detailed description and I will take the steps to combine our efforts. Thank you for the opportunity. Makerman
