Where to start, first STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, the biggest mistake of our life was to hire these scammers to move our furniture within a 3 mile range, or should I say destroy our furniture. We were sent a proposal that clearly stated that there will be a $100 deposit and a $90 an hour for an estimated 4 hour job total of the estimate $360 including wrapping, assembly and disassembling of the furniture, when the move in a beat-up truck showed up who were sub-contracted by this company by the way , they charged for every little merchandise you can think of, even the tape!!, fair enough we thought we allowed it, 2 hours after they moved our merchandise in to the new place which was about 3 miles away, the driver refused to release the furniture unless they are paid $800, without even giving us the details of what the charges were for, they held our merchandise hostage, and after we came up with the $800, they move the small items to the new place and refused to move the bigger items till another 300 is paid, the whole job ended up costing about 1200 plus 100 initial deposit, and damaged most of our furniture and left 3 major items on the front yard of the new house and took off. These guys operate from home, they are scam artists, they are not accredited by the BBB, they will quote you one thing and charge you another, they sub contract the jobs to hoodlums, they are not licensed and they are not insured. I filed a fraud complaint against them, and will pursue it at every inch to close them down and run them out of business. BE CARE FULL DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCE DEAL WITH THEM.
