I'm very sorry to hear that you feel you were treated poorly during your interview process. As I recall however, you were asked to develope a marketing plan for an artist and you delivered a 2 paragraph summary that essentially said the following "I would get him played on urban radio, and interviewed by industry magazines" there was no breakout of purchase trends in the given market segment you were addressing, which would be a justification of the marketing dollars you were spending except there were no marketing dollar allocations given for anything! You didn't even suggest that we should spend any money on posters! Let alone organize a street team, email lists, promotional in store appearences, NOTHING!!! The simple fact of the matter is that even after you handed in your first "markteting plan", I gave you the opportunity to prove yourself again and mentioned that you may want to do something more detailed that would show us that you had the first clue of what the word marketing ment, let alone demonstrate a competency level that would justify asking for a paid position! If you could have demonstrated even the slightest ability I would have considered you for an internship, because you came off very good in your interview as far as personality and drive. Unfortunately, your second attempt was as comical as your first and no you did not hear back from us as you were simply not worth waisting the 15 cents on a phone call. What I would like to know is how do I file a report against your college and previous internships as they RIPED YOU OFF far more than I did my friend. And just so you can feel safe, your "marketing plan" was tossed onto a grill, dowsed with lighter fluid, burned to a crisp and then taken by pigions to line their nests. Best of luck to you in all you do;)
