I must confess all complaints about Road Runner Auto Sales/Quality 1st Auto Sales are ALL TRUE!!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, September 08, 2019

As the owner of Road Runner Auto Sales, Joe Villegas, I fully confess that all these complaints all over the internet are all true. I attempted to changed the name of the company to "Quality 1st Auto Sales" to avoid these complaints without doing the right thing but someone was smart enough to reveal it.

I buy vehicles from auctions and private parties and then cover up the problems hoping that they will not resurface while on a test drive. For example, if a private party sells me a vehicle and says that the transmission is going out, I drive it and see if it still passable, offer the seller $500 or $200 which they graciously accept, then attempt to sell it for $5000 or more and don't say anything.

I mean if the buyer doesn't detect it through their own inspection why should I have to tell them what the previous seller told me? That would just be hearsay anyway. I do not have actual mechanics inspect anything I sell, if the vehicle doesn't behave unusually it a seller.

Also, if a carfax or similar report shows anything derogatory I just tell the buyer that it is an error. You may notice that I made a futile attempt to dispute other ripoff reports with the conclusory statement that the allegations were a hoax, fabricated and without merit but that was only because I could not think of a valid reason to so dispute or do the right thing for my customers.

Of course, those reporters were smart enough to not say what vehicle it was so as to remain anonymous Thank you!!
