On March 13, 2017, in U. S. Courthouse for the Central District of CA, Robert C. Butler was sentenced to 5 years in prison plus 3 years probation. He is finally getting justice for the crimes he committed. Does not matter if you call the scheme a loan or investment. Taking money from others under false pretense and spening it for drugs and gambling is criminal. He still has future trial date with Wynn Casinos in a Nevada Court.

Do not know Mr. C. of Rancho Mirage but he is very lucky if his entire investment/loan was returned. Several close friends of Robert Butler have lost alot of money on their loans to him. I have a San Bernadino Court judgement for over $50,000 against him. Several other investors are suing him in court. His exwife filed for bankruptcy. The U.S. Dept. of Justice (FBI) have opened an investigation on him. Las Vegas is a good place for Robert. Many gamblers and crooks there. Jail is another good place for him.

Robert butler the ripoff investment scam artist, Escaped to las vegas and is now attempting to start another phony loan Scam. Heres a consumer solution for Mr.Butler.. Please stop using methanphedamine, go to a 12 step program , and stop Ripping people off. Get a job working for McDonalds And humble yourself . Shame on you!!!! And please stop gambling !! Consumers cant afford to fund your casino marker!! Thank you

I have loaned Mr. Butler more money than anyone and he has always come thru.
He never lies about any facts, it is a private loan not an investment and it is stipulated very clearly in legal contracts. So I guess this "victim" can't read or is just lying?
I started with Robert 9 years ago and will only give him my money for loans. He is honest and has the best technical analysis I have ever seen in over 25 years of my own investing.
It is sad that persons with an agenda can throw around words like "ponzi" and hide behind this 1st amendmant like true cowards and hurt others.
This report was made because of an individual who feels like they did not make enough profit and wants to get back in and is now shut out. So I guess the only recorse is to legally slander him???
The facts are:
It is a loan, not investment, you sign a loan doc and a legall disclosure telling you he is not a broker or an FA and does not represent himself or his loan as any kind of securities offer. It is very clear. He charges no fees and no commisions. But he can use the funds for whatever he wants. I closing, this person whom started this report made a very good profit with Mr.B and just got greedy and was kicked to the curb. This is a fact supported with notorized contracts paid in full.......
