RockKicks - Jefe Enterprises Sent money order on May 1st. They cashed the money order and they haven't said a word or sent me a tracking number! ripoff Cerritos California
I sent a money order for some Air Jordans on May 1st to RockKicks aka Jefe Enterprises. I then waited for my tracking number that they claim to always send you when you purchase items from them.
I then waited until May 10th and I called Western Union so I could track the money order. They confirmed that the money order was cashed by RockKicks on May 10.
I then decided to wait until May 13th because it supposedly can take up to 72 hours for processing after payment is received. I still did not see my tracking number posted up on their website so I decided to email them.
When I sent them an email stating that I wished to receive my tracking number, I got an email immediately stating that [email protected]' mailbox is full.
Since that didn't work I then decided to call them at their "toll free" number. That number is disconnected.
Now it's May 18th and I haven't heard a word from them. Something just smells fishy about this company and everyday that goes by I realize that this company is probably a scam.
They have cashed the money order so that means that they already have my money. Now all I want are my shoes. It's been almost 3 weeks and this website seems like it took my money and are running with it. There isn't even a form of communicating with them!
