Rockwell Homes / Bisson Construction contracted for Full custom countertop services provided to Rockwell Builders & Melanie Bisson, Realtor Wolcott Properties a managing partner of Rockwell Builders/Bisson Construction wrote a bad check for our services of $5000, has stated no intent to pay for contracted services and will not return phone calls, letters or emails.
We will be filing a lien on the property and sharing our experience with Melanie Bisson of Wolcott Properties. Dont do business with these people they are not honest.
