I ordered duz it all floats from rods-n-bobbs.com along with some other miscellaneous items. When I received the duz it all product from the online store I noticed that the parts were meant for a small child or maybe an adult midget. I called to express my dissatisfaction and to return the product for the proper size, the product was so small I could not even see it on the lake after a short cast and I only wanted to return the unopened product. I was insulted and blamed for the problem and after requesting my money back Mr. Gary Bennis threatened to Kick My a** he told me I would never get my money back and said if I had a problem with it I should fly down to Eau Claire WI and take it up with him face to face.
I was shocked that some one in his position would say such rude and threatening things. I wasnt asking for a discount nor was I asking for a refund I just wanted a product that worked for me and was not falsely sold to me online. Even though it may have been my mistake a solution could have been found to make me happy. I believe that Gary Bennis should not be in business and I wonder how he treats his employees and other customers. He needs to take anger management classes.

Our online records show that we have not sold anyone by the name of Justin from Cody Wyoming. Furthermore Mr. Bennis does not deal with online orders nor does he work in customer service. These are malicious comments and are from a person we have never even sold products to. This is why RipOffReport.com is so evil because people can post lies like this. Beware of RipOffReport.com
