Complaint Review: Ron Kort Masari Inc - Santa Ana California

I haven't done business with Ron before but I came in contact with him at the beach when someone was picking on me and my girlfriends. Ron stepped in and told the bully to walk away before he called the police. This jerk of a man was trying to hit on me and my girlfriends and we just wanted to be left alone. So we ignored him. This man was crazy. He decided to get into my face in the middle of the street calling me all kinds of bad names. Ron was brave enough to step in between us and ask what was going on. The other man looked a little shocked since someone stepped in to help. When Ron lifted up his cell phone and told him that he was going to call the police, the other person decided to say some negative things to Ron while he was walking away. Ron laughed and we've been friends ever since. I know Ron on a personal level. He wouldn't do the things I saw were posted online about him. He goes to church almost every Sunday since I've known him. He always had a philosophy that if you don't do anything wrong you never have to look over your shoulder. That's why I say RON KORT IS A REAL MAN!!

Mr. Kort helped me with my daughter's loan. She had bad credit and couldn't get a loan with anyone else we spoke to. But Ron Kort said he would do what he can to help. When we got in contact with him the loan was hard to place according to him. But he told me that next month the bank was coming out with a new loan program that would hlep people in my daughter's situation. After a long history of getting screwed over by guys who just wanted to make the most amount of money possible. We wanted a negative amortization loan, and Ron was helping explain how loans work and the different scenarios that may be available to us. Ron explained to us exactly how those negative amortization loans work. We told him that all of our frineds were getting into these loans. He told us that he could probably work towards getting us into a loan like that but asked us questions like what we plan to do if after the negative payment changes. And what if banks don't offer those programs any more. I now see alot of my frineds suffering from those negative amortization loans and am glad Ron got us a 30 year fixed loan. Even at 6.5% with our credit we are in a better position than our friends who were enjoying their negative amortization loans a couple of years ago. THANK YOU RON!!!

Given the nature of the Rip Off Report claims and the name and date of the posting it is my STRONG belief and understanding that the Rip Off Report was filed by Kevin H. Mello, the attorney for a group of people we are suing for operating without a license, and for unethical, unfair, and deceptive business practices. One reason I believe this is that Mr. Mello is the only Kevin I have come into contact with since high school. Another is the timing of the posting a demand letter was recently sent out to Kevin Mello's client's to have them stop operating in violation of the law and to pay back to the general public and all those they have come in contact with falsely any ill gotten gains. While there are a number of other reasons I believe the posting originated with Mr. Mello, what is important is to address the false claims made against me. When I first read this complaint posting, what struck me right away about the posting was the complete lack of any facts or substance. I challenge the person who made this posting to provide any facts or details that could support these broad, general allegations he is making. I can guarantee he can NOT. There is simply no merit to any claims of unscrupulous business practices against me. In fact, the only claim I have had against me was brought by a couple who were no older than 46 years of age. After this couple was turned down by other mortgage companies we spent six months working with them before we finally helped them get a home loan. However, not long after that they went out and bought a new car and incurred other expenses that were far beyond what they could afford and got in trouble on their home again. They sued me and after 2 years the case settled for a mere $2,000 nuisance value settlement. The case was frivolous. However, on the positive side, I have had many, many clients who were very happy with the service and results we provided. As a brief example, former clients have made the following comments about the services our office has provided for them: After getting one client a 5% 30 year fixed and having the client's home foreclosure rescinded the client made the following statement. "Giving you money is the best money I have ever spent. I have already been telling people around me about what you have done for me and everyone is amazed at your results. I am referring you to all the realtors I know in my area." - John Ziegler With the following client we dropped her mortgage payments down by roughly $1,000, when no one else was able to help her. We also took her interest only loan and made it a Principle and Interest loan. So we saved her money and allowed her to start paying down her principle. "Oh my God, I can't thank you enough. I am tickled to death with the results your office has provided for us." - Louis Calbert With this client we cut their current payments in half. We took a $3,600 mortgage payment and reduced it to $1,800 on a Principle and Interest payment. "Thank you so much. I use to work for Ron, and I will tell you that we did not end our relationship on good terms, but I have to admit out of anyone I have ever met in life he is the most honest and helpful. His personality may seem like a jerk, but in reality he is just being overly cautious in order to help you. He told me things about my work performance that I didn't like, but he was just being honest in order to help me be a better person. I realized that later. In fact, while working for Ron I saw him turn down a lot of files, and turn away a lot of money because he didn't want to take advantage of people. And yes Ron has sued people. In fact he has sued a lot of people. I have seen people that were taken advantage of by businesses come to Ron to get advice on what to do. I have seen Ron refer these people to attorneys that would help these consumers fight for their right so that they would not be taken advantage of. Personally, I think there should be more Ron Korts in the world. I think the writer of the ripoff report just found a way to use his anger to get back at Ron for being honest (sometimes comes off as a jerk). That guy. in my opinion, is the real SCUM BAG!!!! And should be put in jail. If he was a real man he would disclose his full name. I can guarantee that if you ask this guy for proof regarding Ron's actions you'll get nothing. In fact, when I worked for Ron he had a soft spot for children and old people. I've seen him do free deals for old people just to help them out. Like I said, I have actually seen people come to Ron when they were taken advantage of just to get some free advice, or so that Ron can refer them to the proper attorneys that would be willing to help out these folks. I think Ron has paid those attorneys for some of the people that were taken advantage of when they have no money to hire an attorney.

I used Ron Kort to get me a loan and he never tried to do any of the things that another rip off report suggests. He doesn't go after elderly people. In fact, he helped me and many others like me save my home when no one else would. I think who ever wrote that other report is liar who might be jealous of Mr. Kort' success. What does Mr. Kort's car have to do with anything? Mr. Kort was referred over to me by others around me that are older that have said nothing but great things about Mr. Kort.
