I hired Ronald Nagy of First Security Mortgage Relief to help my dying great uncle to stay in his home by acquiring a loan modification. Ronald Nagy promised me that my uncle was approved and all it would take is $2,650.00 to complete. Ronald Nagy promised me and my family that my uncle would not be kicked out of his home. We paid Ronald Nagy 3 installments equaling $2,650.00. Ronald informed me that the $2,650.00 would be placed in an escrow account and if anything was to go wrong my uncle would receive a full refund. Ronald called me  After giving him the third installment i didn't here from him anymore. I told Ronald my uncle only had 10-12 months to live and it is important for us all to stay in my uncles home to help him out. Ron reassured my uncle, his family, and myself that we were not going to be foreclosed by our bank and that he would stop the foreclosure from happening.

2 months, three weeks and two days later The foreclosure went through and my dying uncle myself and his WHOLE family was thrown out of their home.My uncle, his family had know idea or myself had know idea that we were going to be kicked out of our home on that rainy afternoon but we were. we stayed in a hotel for 3 weeks before we found a place. costing us almost $2200.00. My uncle myself and his family had to spend the last days of his life in an apartment that was only half the size of his home. After weeks of calling Ronald Nagy he finally returned my call but only after i threatened to sue him. He told me that we were not going to receive a refund because they did put in hours of work. I told Ron what had happened about the foreclosure and he really didnt want to hear that. I told him if we don't receive our $2,650.00 that we would have to sue him. Ronald told me that it would cost me more for an attorney then we would get back. I called several attorneys only to find out that was true. Ronald Nagy may have got away with this one but I can only hope this will inform you on Ronald Nagy and First Security Mortgage Relief. I will be informing the Michigan Attorney Generals office of this Incident.
