I would like to begin by apologizing for your bad experience with our service department. It is unclear what exactly happened - or did not happen - when your Prius was serviced by us. We understand that needing your car serviced can be a major inconvenience and we do everything we can to minimize that inconvenience. This is not what you are reporting here.
