i paid them for an ad on their site. after that i tried to contact them on their phonenumbers and emails which do not work and no one replies. finally i got in touch with 2 staff named noman hassan and haroon rashid. i was promised a prompt refund or placement.
instead i was asked to provide sensitive information such as giverment id's and ssn equavalant to staff. we since have asked for a refund several times (over 5 times) and do not get a response and money has been charged from our credit card.
First they claimed only to have authorized my card but upon calling my credit card company it seems they took the money nearly a week ago.
They are not answering calls and the 2 people who did are ignoring my emails after asking for a refund for the service they NEVER PROVIDED.
Rozee.PK is a scam and I need my money back!
