R&R Electronics Promises Promises Promised to send check Apache Junction Arizona
After Home Depot finally replaced my refrigerator in Jan. R&R promised they would send someone to repair the hole they tore in my vinyl kitchen floor while removing my fridge in Nov.
After several phone calls and they stated that the person to repair was out of town and after 2 weeks they said he was back but could not locate him.
I then asked them to just send me a check and I would have repaired locally they said they were going to the bank that day and would send my money to me Well it's now over 3 weeks no check. I called them over 10 days ago and asked where the check was and lady that answered phone contacted owner and told me he was in Flagstaff and check has been mailed to allow 5-10 days well it's way over the 10 days.
After finding this information on Ripped Off I see that I am just another casualty that LG has allowed to happen.
It does no good to try to get ahold of LG as they do not care about you as a consumer onced they have your money.
I will NEVER purchase another LG product

Maybe you could settle on WHICH company you want to hold accountable for YOUR situation. You have named Home Depot, a company called R&R, and LG. Now the ONE question I have is.....WHO MOVED THE FRIDGE??
Was it Home Depot, R&R, or LG? Or did you move it and the fridge caused damge to your floor and you just dont wish to pay for it yourself? If you have a vinyl tile floor then just go get a few tiles from, you guessed it, Home Depot and replace them yourself.
They MAY have descided to NOT send you a check because THEY think that YOU are pulling fraud. Either way, why dont you go after the RESPONSIBLE party who damaged your floor. ALL 3 of them CANNOT be equally responsible for the same damage. Home Depot usually either has thier own people who deliver items or they contract a third party. I have no idea WHO R&R are but Im making the assumption that YOU are just naming all parties involved in some desperate attempt to get them to pay for your issue. SInce you have named LG and Home Depot the R&R can be thought of as a delivery company. As for LG, what did LG ever do to YOUR floor?
Im thinking you are leaving VERY VALUABLE information out. Information that is probably damning in its content. Try rewritting your post and settling on a SINGLE entity to blame. Your post reads like you were smoking CRACK while you were writting it. And heres a thought.....BE HONEST. This site suffers from one very bad thing. The poster can SAY whatever they wish. Even if its not TRUE. And people acting like SHEEP will respond to it and blast those companies and businesses all the while doing so under misinformation due to selective editting and story telling or just outright lies.
