From the time I bought my car I was a responsible car owner. I brought my car to the dealer for all recomended services.
From the beginning I had 2 major problems. One was that water leaked into my brand new (not used) car when it rained and anotehr was that the brakes groaned or squeaked when braking. I reported this problem at almost every car tune up appointment and as long as it was under warranty they found the problem and said they corrected it although I had to bring the car back in numerous times because the problems were not resolved.
I should note that this car has never been involved in an accident or even severe weather that could explain these major issues.
The last straw was when I brought the car in 2 weeks ago when the a/c was broken and the car was STILL leaking and the brakes were not working. Even though I had spent around $1000 a little over a month ago on a tune up and recomended repairs, they had the nerve to charge me for diagnostic fees for the problems that should have been picked up when I had the last tune up. I will not pay them to wrip me off and not even fix the problem yet again.
In addition, they take a very long time diagnosing the problem and getting back to me. This last time, they had the car for 3 days before they called me to tell me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost.
