RxUSA Left me waiting for a month and a half for a prescription that I never received. ripoff Port Washington New York
An order was placed on my behalf for a prenatal vitamin. This order was placed in early April, and I did not ever receive the order! I called to only be greeted by a very curt female, who's name I do not recall. She told me that, "The powers that be," are only allowing me to expedite your shipping for any trouble you've undergone.
Needless to say, I was the one who made the request to have something done since I was still awaiting a package that seemingly never came, although a credit card was already charged for the items. This organization, in short ,is a rip off.
Do not wait for a prescription to come, as in my case it never did, because they'll only charge your card and never send the items you were charged for. Then to add insult to injury, they offer no compensation for your troubles. I feel duped, and have agreed to notify everyone I know so that we will not be ripped off by RX USA again!
