Dear sir,
For whatever issue you had with us and for the record, all money that has ever been paid to us (even though you did use our software) has been refunded per the attached file. We've refunded all monies ever paid to us, not because we had to, but because we take pride in our A-rating with the Better Business Bureau and servicing our customers to the best of our ability. We certainly wish you the best.
Respectfully,
Cory

Dax,
I have to say that I'm impressed your response isn't laced with colorful metaphors like you used on the phone with me for no reason. You're beginning to sound like a broken record. A refund was not warranted for two reasons: 1) you had no problems with our dialer and 2) you canceled after your monthly anniversary date per your hand-signed contract. Our contract is a simple one page form in layman terms.
We never offered you a refund if you look at your previous emails. We told you we would consider it and upon review make a decision. We, like any company, do not hand out refunds like candy although we do gladly where it's warranted. This was also explained to you during our brief phone call where you continuously interrupted me, yelled, used frequent vulgarities and called me a very explicit vulgarity then hung up the phone where I treated you only with respect. Then you join a forum where we are long-standing members specifically to badmouth us and claim a refund under a false pretense. That attempt went well for you didn't it. We absolutely did offer you a refund, but not due to any technical problems, because you were right or for any other reason other than to try and please an unhappy customer. Your subscriptions fees of $198 are a drop in the bucket and a company of our size can certainly afford it... it's about our policy and principle. The problems you had were user error because you CHOSE not to attend our training.
Dax, we didn't have to spend hours on the Internet trying to find your complete contact information. All we did was Google your name and business phone number and countless pages (including your mug shot) showed up detailing your many business ventures, numerous complaints about your business (Allied Consumer Services) and your lengthy criminal record including theft, burglary, harassment, protection orders, etc. People make mistakes, but clearly you have a history of dishonesty, deception, impulsive behavior (harassment charges and protection orders), and unscrupulous business ventures. You're certainly old enough to know better. You're all about smoke and mirrors... presenting yourself other than the thief your record shows and trying to get our service for free.
I have emailed you countless times trying to work things out professionally and tirelessly explained this to you every way I know how. I'm not trying to insult you and you may be an educated man, but you are clearly not an honest man. You have provided no evidence of your problem because there was no problem. We have all the authentic support logs, usage and system reports, phone records, screen shots and emails you want and will gladly share them with any person that asks. This evidence is irrefutable and as plain as the nose on your face. You have only your words and based on your lengthy criminal, family court and business record... you're about as credible as Pinocchio. You change your story each time hoping something will stick and it plain and simply won't happen.
You were arrested for theft, have a history of burglary and let's face it...where there's smoke there's fire. How can you say that's not relevant... really? That doesn't need a response if you can't figure that out as I assure you everyone else can. The best predictor of future behaviors is the past and you sir appear to be a classic narcissist who engages in theft quite regularly. You can try to deflect domain and business names all you want, but you can't dispute your record with the Arizona's Maricopa County Clerk's office. Perhaps the entire Maricopa county court system, sheriff's office, district attorney and your wife were mistake and it is was all a big mistake. Yes indeed... all the charges for theft, burglary, harassment, protection orders and family problems were all wrong. It appears that not only are you a dishonest business man, but you are indeed not a good person. Perhaps you should do more research into your own background regarding the aliases, of course you did email us blaming your son (really?) for your criminal history if you do indeed have a son. And you've posted here and on the other forum anonymously whereas I used my name. Is the name Dax Xenos Ferguson of Glendale, Arizona not credible enough to use?
In closing, we both agree on something that we don't care what lies you post either. Your rebuttals and emails have further supported our position. And let's be frank... you lack the integrity or business couth to stand toe-to-toe with my credibility as a person and businessman. Countless individuals can attest to my character whereas I doubt you can offer the same. Your fabricated posts are a wasted effort to affect our bottom line... if anything you've boosted our credibility. Long after you've scammed your next customer or been arrested again for theft... SalesDialers will be around and my integrity will be fully intact. As entertaining as this is I have legitimate business to conduct and will let you get back to relocating your office yet again to avoid being located by your victims. Going back and forth with you is a waste of time, nonproductive and only feeds your endless cycle of narcissism. Best of luck to you and try to stay out of trouble.
ATTENTION: All consumers and businesses in Glendale, AZ and all those in reach of Dax Xenos Ferguson's e-commerce circles. Feel free to contact me directly for all the facts on this case or simply Google his full name (Dax Xenos Ferguson) and one of his business numbers (602-518-9413) if you want to know all about his many exploits.

In response to your rebuttal I will say the following. It is a shame that a company would go to the extent that your has in order to avoid refunding a person $198.00. I think that says everything someone needs to know about your organization. Furthermore, it shows that you did indeed previously offer me a refund and then failed to honor the refund as promised, thereby completely contradicting your claims.
If you do business with salesdialers.com and Cory Prado or Gary Prado and feel like you were wronged and request a refund, they will spend hours scouring the internet and then post both false and the most personal information they can find on the internet, dating back 20 years plus in some instances. Imagine if every company conducted business in this fashion. You should be downright ashamed of yourself.
I think your response only goes to further my contention that you are a terrible company. Simply put, I have provided the proof via the links I provided to your own website blogs that show your service was indeed down for an extended amount of time...all you have done is try to attack my personal character in an effort to cover up the fact your system did not function correctly and you were totally unprofessional and insulting to me.
I was never charged or convicted of theft as you state. This is completely false and furthermore irrelevant to the issue at hand. With this is mind why don't you provide some actual proof (rather than a broken link) or be a man and remove this complete inaccuracy? It would appear that the same people you employ to conduct your background checks must also provide the customer support for your dialer system as neither one of them has worked correctly.
As a both a website designer and auto dialer administrator I have indeed been involved with numerous companies. When I set up a website I usually set them up through a Go Daddy account and I am the contact person and therefore my information shows up when you search for the website specifics. I don't "own" any one of the companies you listed, not one of them. More inaccurate information.
As far as the alias thing I have no idea what you are even talking about. This again is yet another lie to try and defer people out of the truth.
So in closing, I really don't care what lies you post. Your rebuttal has actually helped my cause rather than hurt it so I want to thank you in advance. Anyone who is reading this please be advised that this is the level of customer service you can come to expect from Gary Prado, Corey Prado, and salesdialers.com.

After a brief meeting with our management team to resolve this issue we're still willing to work with you. Since you've chosen this venue to post more embellishments anonymously we feel it necessary to reply with facts:

I received an email from Cory Prado stating that the dialer does work correctly and with the threat of suing me etc for liable and slander if I did not remove my posting from the Ripoff Report immediately.
In doing further investigating I found that Gary Prado, the CEO of salesdialers.com used to own a company called Marketing Campaign Solutions. If you search Gary Prado and Marketing Campaign Solutions you will find a slew of complaints that claim he ripped them off for leads that people purchased that were never actually delivered. There is even a complaint filed against this company on Ripoff Report. It appears he just opened shop under another name and is at it again.
Despite Cory Prado claims that it was user error I found the following that would explain and prove that the dialer was indeed not working correctly:
Good afternoon
We just wanted to give you an update of today. We are still having some residual effects from the issues. However, today we made very good progress and hope to have the solution back up to full strength Weds evening or Thursday morning. We are sorry for the issues this has caused and once again please contact us for a free week.

All refunds were not processed as promised. Beware of Gary Prado and Cory Prado and salesdialers.com.
I hope this avoids anyone from having to go thru the experience they have put us thru. Instead of simply refunding my money as promised they simply threatened me in an effort for the facts about their company to not reported.
