SalesDialers.com Email not working as Cory Prado sold it to me. Very Rude and Not Professional savanaha Georgia
Our company choose to use the dialer service of salesdialers after Cory Proda advised us that we could email contacts from within the dialer using our companies email. Cory is very condesinding and will lie about his product in order to sale it. We purchased a hourly system for $50.00 so we could test it. Glad we did.
When we attempted to setup the system it would not work. We contacted support and after a few minutes we were advised our email system was strange and not normal. We use Google Apps for Work ( we pay for the system ) The rude tech Matt continured to advise we needed to reduce our security settings in our admin . This is not recommended in Google Apps.
We did not use any of their minutes or the system at all... once we learned we could not use the email feature we did not need their product. I requested a refund and they refused. I then opened a complaint at BBB and they have continued to refuse to acknowledge that they failed to provide all information and lied to us when we purchased the product.
It is really not about the $50.00 at this point. They can keep it. I am making this report because they way they have handled this sitiuation has greatly offended me and I would never recommend anyone to use their product.
If they had said: I see you use Google Apps for Work.. we are sorry but the only way our system would work for you is if you were willing to reduce your security settings. When we expressed that we did not want to reduce our secrity setting ... they should have just accepted that professionally.
Instead this is how it went: When we called tech support and they determined we use Google Apps for Work they acted like we are crazy for not changing a simple setting ( that is recommended not to change) They went on and on about their thousands of clients that use them. I have been in business since 1982 and have learned not to be impressed with that type talk. The security of our emails is very important to our company. Their system does not interact in a secure method with Google Apps email. I use another program that allows us to email from within their system and have never reduced our security settings.
This is the very first time I have ever posted something like this... Cory has realy offended me and I want others to know. He could have very easily prevented all this by acknowleding that our companies email security prevents their system from funtioning properly with theirs and we would have went our seperate ways . Instead they Matt & Cory acted like we were the problem. They would make statements like " We do not own Google" that is so childish . They called reducing our email security a " simple button to push"
I have waisted enough time on this... I hope this can help others checking our Salesdialers.
