Dear sir or ma'am,
We are having a hard time identifying you as we we have no products that are $2,700 and have no record of $2,700 transactions. If this is a true posting, then why haven't you attempted to contact us as this is something that would not easily be forgotten or documented. If you reply with your name we will gladly look up your account and contact you. If you don't reply then we can safely assume this is another fabricated posting possibly from another user on this forum.
If this is from the same user posting a duplicate post under a different name on this forum then please note we have made efforts to resolve it. For whatever issue you had with us and for the record, all money that has ever been paid to us (even though you did use our software) has been refunded per the attached file. We've refunded all monies ever paid to us, not because we had to, but because we take pride in our A-rating with the Better Business Bureau and servicing our customers to the best of our ability. If this is a legitimate complaint then we encourage you to reach out to us and contact the Better Business Bureau.
We have never talked to customer even close to the manner you have described. Just send us the proof and we'll be more than happy to help you. We go over and beyond with all of our customers and take great pride in our A-rating with the Better Business Bureau and only ask for the opportunity to help you. We certainly wish you the best.
