Dear Sir,
Haven,t heard about your organization in assisting consumer to fight for his right, i am motivated that i will fullfilled talking about fraudulent practice by Salvage world limited who after collecting my monies for cars refused to deliver and to refund my monies.
I have purchase cars from Salvage world limited and from begining she decided to add USD150 to my initial deposit of USD500 into salvage world account as bonus bringing the total security deposit in my account to USD650.
I decided to choose my first car for purchase (2003 Ford Explorer) with BUY NOW TITLE from salvage world and I was told by Mr. Jack Freed (salvage world rep)that I would need to transfer the balance to Salvage world account as the Car were already put on hold for me since I have security deposit of USD650 with salvage world.
I within 24hrs transferred the balance to salvage world account to secured the car and was told after they acknowledged my money that they would need to process the title document before shipment which to Jack Freed is within five days.
My Friend at the place of work MR. Niyi Ajisemola now develop interest in the purchase of 2009 Acura TL and 2005 BMW series 3 model so as to ship the three cars altogether and the cars was negotiated at USD8000 (BMW=USD3000AND Acura=USD5000) and Jack agreed that the three cars can be processed to ship together and I also immediately transfer the money to salvage world account which took them more than three weeks before they could confirm receipt of the money.
MR. Jack latter informed me that the documents would be ready by 5th January 2015, Mr. Jack Freed since went underground after the payments and refused to talk to me both on phone and email for more than two weeks till Mr. Dennis Rosenthal now picked my call and informed me that Jack is no longer in their company and that he is now the man in charge of my account with salvage world, and he promised to quickly resolve the matter.
He also became silence for four days and latter informed me that those cars have been sold and that I should choose other cars for replacement of which I disclosed to Mr. Dennis Rosenthal that I would appreciate refunds because I have been treated badly and that we are expecting policy change in import tariff on imported vehicles from January ending 2015 which would make us to pay doubled of the expected importation cost.
However, He promised that he would meet up and has chosen to become silent, when he decided to reply my mail he would ask me to choose other cars and four times I have complied without any positive outcome.
I also asked him to recommend cars for replacement and he decided to send me list of cars that are five times higher than the cost of the invoice for the previous cars purchased, I have been requesting for refunds and he told me he is not working in that department and I ask him to direct me to someone in that department that can help expedite action he never agreed to do so and are now remain silent.
I Have posted mail to refunds department with no acknowledgment and various phone lines to contact Mr. Dennis Rosenthal is no longer valid/active as I suspected that my mobile numbers has been barred from calling Dennis Rosenthal, he cares not to reply my mail anymore.
Here are the phone numbers: 9547167985, 9547364768, 18885292655 at the time of transactions which is currently not active.
I am already frustrated at this point and decided to escalate the matter to relevant Authorities in the United State hoping that justice would prevail through your esteem office.
I would appreciate your assistance to use your good office to persuade salvage world to refund my monies as I do not want to buy any cars again
Do not hesitate to contact me should you require further details that would facility speedy action on this matter.
Also remember that i am in the know of other customer who have suffered the same injuries as a result of this fraudulent business practices by slavage world limited.
Thanks and Best regards.
