This report will never quit. Sam Key never did anything wrong nor did he act in collusion to help defraud an insurance company. David **** was attempting to hide his car from Porsche of America and to defraud his insurance company.
When Sam Key notified POA (Porsche of America) as a manager is supposed to do, POA immediately said to stop all work and they would be out to pick up the car. They POA were the legal owners of the car. David **** had not made a payment for 8 months.
So the poster acts like he is some "worldly" individual, quoting "chills" as undercover agency people. The department of Insurance and the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) do operate undercover operations. As a matter of fact Sam Key has operated shops that worked with these agencies. These shops were the shops that diagnosed the repairs and the fraudulent repairs. Sam Key was one of the guys blowing the whistler, not being written up.
This entire claim by David **** is bogus.

First in answering "Helping the innocent"
My name is Samuel Key and all of these claims are false. They were all posted by a person by the name of David Salas or David Powers. He close to take it upon himself to disparage my name and my newcompany. Yes we are a RV dealership that developed a new fractional ownership program that will make it affordable to own an RV. No we do not scam nor have we ever. I just found this site and I am posting this respeonse. If you source the other sites you will notice that Mr. Power/Salas posted an apology and retracted his statement.
These sites have no basis especially when they are allowed to disparage people with out the due process of disputing the information. Anyone with an axe to grind can attempt to destroy your reputation. As as note If you have any questions feel free to contact me at 323-244-0653 or at my email [email protected].
