Samsbeauty.com customer service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced. They never answer their phones, the Facebook responses are a joke and their emails are just the same thing repeated over and over again!
They barely have anything in stock and you end waiting weeks to get your items. Then you get them and even though the packaging box is in perfect condition the boxes inside is somehow destroyed. They claim they will send you a return label yet it never arrives!
Tired of this company and felt it was about time someone said something about it!
