I just want to say that I provide adult entertainment. Usually when the "consumer" is confused as to why I don't succumb to his demands for sexual favors, I tell him "it's like going to a stripclub but instead of being at the club it's your home and without the crowd". A show went bad when I went and did show in Clairemont (go figure). I told him I wasn't there as a prostitute but an adult entertainer and it's illegal that he's even soliciting the idea. He didn't like that and demanded his money ($200), I then removed myself from the area and walked with my security/driver down the driveway and into the car, asking us to refund the money. And what these guys don't get it's that it is ILLEGAL to solicit an entertainer, and when they don't get sex the want a refund.... It bewilders me how it never fails that these guys think the cops are on their side. Anyway, he ends up throwing a bottle at the vehicle. The cops were called on my behalf. When one cop car got there they ask what's going on and told them, they went to get the story from the guy leaving me by their car. Another cop car comes and the cop comes and arrests me. I refused and told him he's not taking me to jail, he forces all his weight on me throwing me down on the rough gravel street until I gave in and put my hands on my back. By the time I got up I had scratches on my faces, and on my knees. That night they put me in the back of their pig car, and after a female sheriff came by and said she believed me that I gave him a show and too bad if he doesn't like it, it was done. They didn't even inform me that night or anything but it is a civil matter, and it wasn't any of their business but the fact of why i called which was that a beer bottle was thrown at my vehicle causing me a flat tire. They did not ask me to refund his money, but they didn't arrest him either for vandlism. I was sent to jail that night until I was bailed out in the morning. I got two charges that night that were dropped because it was bullshit in the first place. The charges were resisting arrest and get this for battery against a pig when I didn't lay a hand on that f**king lieing a*s pig. And for the charge of resisting arrest, that loser pig was too stupid to not even realize that I was the one that needed their proper "service" & "protection". So I'm the one put in cuffs when I called and this Clairemont loser vandalizes a car and solicits sex and pigs do nothing. Pigs will be pigs, and pigs are stupid as f**k.

When you call and order anyone in the adult entertainment business off a website you are being naive to assume it's all going to go exactly how YOU want. You are not in charge, the entertainer is. You called an escort/stripper agency with NO experience. It is standard in San Diego regardless of what activities you want to be performed that all agencies charge between $150-200 per girl and what that covers is: 1 hour of their time and for them to show up. THATS IT! Regardless of what you heard, that is a service fee. If they were to offer another woman's body & what they do with it, at their own decided rate it's just unthinkable... and illegal. The girls are entitled to 40% as it is a 60/40 split, however most of the time they tip their remaining 40% to the phone girls. Activities thereafter are based upon tips, which begin @ whatever that independent contractor decides for herself. There is always the option of asking for cheaper girls to be sent, but once the situation escalates to someone getting angry over the service fee which is always non-refundable (even if you call the cops), everyone would rather not deal with it to avoid jeopardizing the safety of the girls (it is a risky business). The lengths you went to get back 400 $ were extreme because you will NOT get your money back. Basically you paid a booking fee, and the talent showed up which is the only thing provided with that fee-therefore she earned that fee. If you can't get it together to make the fun happen it's no one's fault but your own. Also..these San Diego agencies are legitimate businesses and do pay taxes...they also work with the police and all girls are required to be licensed through the police department. Good luck getting the girls in trouble, really!! They all know the rule.. and do believe if anyone was fearful of your threats to "call the cops" or you standing behind their car...they would have given the money back. If someone is not responding to your threats by doing what you want, then it means that they either don't believe your threat, or know the threat, even if executed, is not really a threat to them at all. If the cops would have shown before you moved from behind their vehicle, you would also be questioned about holding someone against their will before being informed that this is not a criminal case and you have wasted their time. When I was in the business, a similar situation happened but it was a man and he jumped in front of my car several times while I was trying to leave, was even BLEEDING from me hitting him, and when the police arrived he was arrested, he had to pay to get the dents out of my hood and he never got back his $. And if you had done to me what you did to these girls, I would have stepped out of the car and removed you so I could leave. You are lucky that this situation never turned violent..some of those girls are crazy!! Be smart and don't spend your money on things you really didn't do your research on if you are gonna be this hard up for $400!!! When you invite nude entertainers into your home it's a whole different ball game. You don't get to throw a few dollars and expect it to be all good. Learn your lesson because I know that even by now you never got your $$ back. Also, to the people who advised her to keep calling the girls back & requesting the 400$ back..if she were to continue doing that charges could be brought against her for harassment. I also encountered that kind of situation before.

Horrible problem to have it really sucks. How about getting a group of friends together and start booking them on a weekly basis. Every time they show up demand your $400.00 back and tell them that they can do the show after they refund and get paid for their strip show after the show this time. Just keep booking them and wasting their time make it a hobby to screw with them. If I am ever in SD I would book one for you just for fun!

Jeanette, This is a stalling technique. If she was going to give you your money, she would have done it right there. Those "businesses" move around alot. They will rip off so many people at one address, then abrubtly close the office an be invisible, only to open up somewhere else under a different name. Also, a business license REQUIRES a FULL NAME of the principal owner be listed. I bet they are not doing any income reporting to the IRS, that IRS form should be used in this case to report taxpayer fraud. It will get them investigated as well as the owners personally. You will need to get VERY agressive in dealing with this if you intend to win. You should immediately do what I suggested above.

After the last phone call I decided to take a drive down to the "agencies" address. I took my friend with me to be a witness. When we arrived we found the suite number and found 4 women and a man sitting in the one room office. One of the women, without identifying herself asked in a not to polite way if she could help us, as the others looked on. We asked her if this was Elite Agencies Inc and she told us yes. We asked her if this was the same business that owns and operates San Diego Escorts and she told us yes. We told her a little about out complaint and one of the women asked me where the complaint took place. I told her in Escondido and then from a piece of paper she read off the address that we had requested the girls come to, and I told her that was correct. At this point the woman that had originally answered the door asked us to step outside the office so that they could all discuss it. We did and in about 5 min she came back to the door and let us in. At this point one of the other women in the room got up and introduced herself as Ms Charlie, the owner of the company. I explained again what happened that night and she asked me if the girl's had danced at all. I told her no and she told me that wasn't right and that she ran a legitimate business, no scam or funny business. I asked her what the price for the girls was and she told me $150/hr per girl and that there was to be 1 girl for every 3 guys. I asked her if her business required a minimum tip deposit of $300, like the girls told us, and she told me no, that she has no say in how much the girls get tipped because that is up to the person who hires them. She tolf me the name of one of the girls, Dallas, but said that the other one must have been a friend of her's because she didn't know her name and she dosen't work for the company. I aasked her why the girl we called didn't show up and she told me that the pictures on the site are out of date and that some of the girls don't work for the company anymore, and some where just stock photos. She said that when you call one of the girls pictured the call goes to their office and who ever is free to do the job is the girl that will show up. I showed her the photo copy of her web site and asked her why it say's strippers if they are only an escort service, as the girls claimed. She said that they do strip and do Bachelor parties and infact some of the girls will only strip and do not do the escorting or private parties. She told us that the only time the girls will leave a job is if they are solicited for thing's that are illegal and I told her that that had not been the case. I told her when the girls were in the car trying to leave I told them that they could keep $200 of the money for their time and travel but that I felt they should give us back $200 since they never danced. She seemed surprised by this and told me that I would get my $200 back, then she turned to the girl at the far desk, and said "did you hear that, she get's her $200 back". She told me that I would have to call back the next day(1/11/2007) before 3pm and talk to Sherry who should be able to tell me that my money is waiting for me. We asked her if there was an agency fee aand she told us that she and the girls split the money 60/40. We asked her how much she had received from Dallas for that job and she told us she got her % of $200, not $400 but she didn't give us an exact price. She asked me for my name and number, which I gave her, and told me that I would be hearing from her or Sherry, but if not to call back like she told me. I asked her to put it all in writing but she refused and instead gave me her word and her promise in front of everyone. I asked her for a last name but she said she only goes by Ms Charlie. We will see what happens tomorrow. When I drive down again will they have my $200?

Jeannette, Contact your local VICE squad, and/or the prosecutor. File a criminal complaint for solicitation of prostitution. This will at least get them into the courtroom, after having to get booked into jail and post bond. If you ever decide to do this again, have a coupe of digital voice activated tape recorders hidden and running. Then you have the evidence. Or, if you want to get even go to one of your friends houses and use a different phone# and order them again, and record the initial conversation as well as when they get there. Payback is the answer. Then you get everyone at the agency arrested and get the operation closed down. AND, after all is said and done, you will get restitution, so you are out nothing but your time.

Just got off the phone with a girl calling herself "Amy", no last name given. Called to ask again about a refund again. When she answered the phone we asked if this was in fact the business known as Elite Agencies Inc and were told yes. We asked if they were the business that was responsible for the web site San Diego Escorts and were told yes. We asked who was in charge of the business and were told that it was "A collection of independant contractors" No single person owns it, no one is in charge, there is no manager to talk to. She asked what our complaint was and we explained to her what happened on Dec 31, 2006. We told her that at no time during our initial call to the "agency" were we told about any upfront tipping. She said that that could not be the case because the girls follow a script for each call and that in the script there is a section that talks about tipping. She said that the girls have to get all their money up front to make sure that they will get paid. We went back and forth with her for a number of minutes, and finally asked again for a refund and we were told once again that there was no refunds. At no time during this conversation did she tell us that they were a strictly escort business only. She never told us, like the girls that came to the house did, that they did not strip, only did private parties. The other thing that we found odd was that the night the girls left they told us that the $400 we gave them was an agency fee and was going to be given to the agency when they got back. Amy told us that there is no agency and that the money the girls make was their's alone to keep. She told us that the $400 was simply a deposit for the girls time and travel and just to get them out to the house to talk to us. That means we paid $400 to talk to 2 girls for about 10 min. But why, if each girl is a independant contractor, would a different girl than the one pictured that we called show up. Do all the supposed cell phone numbers lead back to one office? Is the same girl answering the phone, claiming to be a multitude of different girls and then assigning the jobs out to others? Before we could ask Amy hung up on us. During my research I found at least 3 different internet sites, claiming to be an agency. Each of the 3 sites has the same business license number listed on it and that number leads back to a licenses that was issued in 2004 to a corporation listing it's type of business as "Nude Entertainment". How does a group of girls file for business license? Doesn't one person file and then receive a license for the business? How do I find out the name of that person and is that the person I will have to take to court to get my money? Consumers beware. This seems to be a group of girls, calling themselves high class and elite when in actuality they might as well be selling their bodies on a street corner.
