BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL EXTORTIONIST COMPANY!!! We ordered a pop up display from this company because they were in the area for a quick pickup (2 hours). Please note they were higher than the competition by over 30 percent so their wholesale pricing claim is also a bunch of B.S.
We had a client who made changes to the popup shortly after placing the order. We called and spoke with a couple graphic artists including the lead project graphic artist Manny - an overweight guy who is somewhat linguistically challenged.
We paid well over 1000 for the pop up (30 percent more than the competition) but had a last minute change. We were told by various people in the graphics dept that it was no problem and they'd help (no mention of any extra charges at the time).
Okay we finished and they printed. I walk in and the Asian girl at the counter was busy doing her nails and didn't really give a crap. The place was empty but reeked of attitude.
FINALLY SHE CHECKED MY FILE AND THEY ADDED 600 DOLLARS TO MY BILL!!!! YES THAT IS RIGHT THEY ADDED OVER 50 PERCENT OF THE PRICE TO THE BILL AND WOULD NOT LET ME TAKE THE POP UP WITHOUT PAYING. THIS FELT LIKE EXTORTION!!!
The Manager is a sad joke and pretended he was listening to the facts presented. The graphic designer pretended he'd fully informed us. The manager asked the designer what he thought, agreed and walked away.
ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY RUN LIKE HELL!!!!!!
