We did not accept any loans because of the fine print. All we were looking for was a small loan, not membership into anything or extra credit cards for online shopping.I remember reading about some and closing the page. Our account info was obtained from the original site, which said nothing of 3rd parties from them.

I don't think anyone has stolen from you. If you signed up for a payday loan online and accepted to receive saveyouridentity, then what is the problem? If you did not accept it, then you should atleast remember selecting to NOT accept the offer. I think you did not read all the terms! I can understand your situation and just like you I also had signed up and received a payday loan online, but I DID NOT ACCEPT saveyouridentity. It sounds like you simply did not read the terms before submitting your payday loan application which tells you what you were getting yourself into if you accept saveyouridentity! While signing up I made sure all of my information was correct and I READ THE TERMS to everything before I clicked submit!! I read all the terms for the saveyouridentity service which is identity theft protection. I decided I did not need this right now so I made sure NOT to accept the service with my application. Since I selected NOT to receive the service, I was NEVER billed! Sorry to hear about your troubled situation, I thought it would be good for me to share my experience with you. I hope you will be more careful in the future when you signup for things online, you MUST read everything these days even the fine print! The company got your information because YOU SELECTED TO SIGN UP or the service! In the end you would not have had a problem if you would have READ THE TERMS! Best Wishes
