What you are saying does not sound right, it sounds impossible. If you did not submit your information to accept a service online, then how could the company possibly receive your information and charge you? It sounds like you also applied for a payday loan online and DID NOT READ THE TERMS!! Like I said before it is impossible for a company to receive your information and charge you a fee unless you submit information an application for them to do so! It sounds that you are regretting ever signing up and you are trying to make it sound like this company fraudulently charged you! I can understand your situation and just like you I also had signed up and received a payday loan online, but I DID NOT ACCEPT saveyouridentity. It sounds like you simply did not read the terms before submitting your payday loan application which tells you what you were getting yourself into if you accept saveyouridentity! While signing up I made sure all of my information was correct and I READ THE TERMS to everything before I clicked submit!! I read all the terms for the saveyouridentity service which is identity theft protection. I decided I did not need this right now so I made sure NOT to accept the service with my application. Since I selected NOT to receive the service, I was NEVER billed! Sorry to hear about your troubled situation, I thought it would be good for me to share my experience with you. I hope you will be more careful in the future when you signup for things online, you MUST read everything these days even the fine print! The company got your information because YOU SELECTED TO SIGN UP or the service! I think your bank understands that you willingly initiated the charges to your account! In the end you would not have had a problem if you would have READ THE TERMS! Best Wishes
