WE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM STAMPS.COM THAT THEY CAN'T CHARGE THEIR SERVICEFEES DUE TO THAT THIS PAYMENT WAS NOT AUTHORISED BY OUR BANK. TO GET RID OF THEM WE DID BLOCK OUR CREDITCARD, SO OF COURSE NOW THEY CAN'T GET THE AUTHORISATION. THEY ASKED US TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE, BUT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THIS AS WE'RE NOW LIVING IN HOLLAND. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE US WHAT TO DO???
