I contacted Sean Krizsan in June of 2008 after having read an advertisement on Craigslist.org
Sean had explained that he was the owner of Recruitemaxx.com and was using a system he had used in his own MLM to help other network marketers in attaining leads for their respective businesses. His explanation was as follows:
The company fee was $1995.00 on a month to month basis. This would guarantee me up to 40-60 appointments with QUALIFIED individuals for my business. He explained that he would hire 1-2 individuals that would do the online "RECRUITING" and appointment setting for me. He explained that he hires professional individuals that have a College Degree and that they would be fully trained; training would take roughly 1 week once my payment is recieved. Keep in mind he only accepts Check or Money Orders. No Credit Cards. Furthermore Sean explained that he would target specific individuals to my discretion, meaning if I was looking for individuals with sales experience then he could market to sales people, for my industry he explained he could target real estate professionals. Sean asked me to prepare a calling script for his employees to use when calling these leads, as well as an email confirmation template that his employees would email both myself and the prospects that they would set appointments with. I provided him with both a script, an email template, and a voicemail script to use when leaving a voice message. He explained that as soon as he hired an employee for my account, that I would be contacted and I would be informed of when they would begin setting appointments for me.
A week and a half after having paid Sean, one random morning, I recieved over 10 messages in my cell phone from disgruntled individuals. These people had been contacted by Recruitemaxx, they explained that the lady on the phone who contacted them on behalf of me, spoke very broken english, and all she told them was to go to a starbucks coffee shop for interviews (where we had agreed to setup our interviews.) She did not follow the script that I provided, she did not target sales or real estate professionals. Some of the individuals were looking for day care work and others were so confused they thought they were going in for an interview to work for starbucks. The email confirmations emailed to me by Recruitemaxx.com were supposed to have the specific time for each interview, many were sent to me with incorrect times (which I have proof of), for example they were emailed to me at 11am for instance, but the appointment was for 10am that day. Other email confirmations I recieved did not have the time or date of the appointments.
Here is one example of an email confirmation I had recieved from his company:
This is to confirm your INTERVIEW on Tuesday 15th of July '08 at at 860 Hopper Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
As you can see there is no time set for the appointment.
I called the individuals in my local town who were scheduled for these appointments and 99% of them did not know a single thing about the opportunity I was interviewing them for (because recruitemaxx.com did not use the script I provided) and the same people did not agree to even come to an interview.
When I spoke to Sean about this he explained that it was his employees first time on the job and that I should give them a few days to iron out the problems. He asked me to send him my script a second time because he may have had my script confused with a different companies script. A few days went by and the problem persisted, more phone calls from disgruntled individuals, more email confirmations for people who were not interested in a sales or real estate opportunity. Finally I talked to Sean and demanded that he replace the lady that was hired to do my calls because she was giving me a bad reputation and killing my business.
Sean replaced this individual and when he finally put someone new in his company - this individual started making the same EXACT mistakes. People called me and complained they could not understand the lady on the phone. They explained they were not told anything about the company I represented, and furthermore they explained that Recruitemaxx.com consistently called them and called them even after having telling them they were not interested.
At this point I was very frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service that Recruitemaxx had given me. I sent Sean multiple emails to contact me, yet he ignored my emails, and ignored my phone calls. I sent him multiple cancellation emails including one on 7/9/2008 which was ignored, and then another one on 7/20/2008 which was ignored as well.
Finally after blocking my phone number on 7/20/2008 Sean Krizhan picked up my phone call. I explained to him the issues I had been having, and he was aware of the problems. I kindly asked him to refund me the $1995 or even a PARTIAL REFUND of that amount and he explained that he does not do refunds, rather he normally continues service until the contract is up. I asked him to do his research - call the people that his company had set appointments with and see for himself that they were unqualified, not looking for sales opportunities, and he could prove the validity of my complaints. He ended the conversation by telling me that he would have to talk with the "OWNERS" (previously when I first signed with his company he had claimed he was the SOLE OWNER and now it had changed...) and that he would get back to me within 24 hours. A couple days had gone by, no phone call, no email, no communication from Sean had been recieved. He simply continued setting appointments for me with unqualified individuals.
Today I have lost out on $1995.00, I did not sign a single individual to my company and Sean has refused to answer any of my phone calls or return any messages. He did not offer to help me in any which way with the issues I was having, rather he chose to avoid them. Today Aug 6, 2008 (after one of the Independent Student Advisors that works with me had submitted a ripoff report against his company) he threatened me using this email:
"You have three days until Friday, Aug. 8th to remove your rip off report about RecruiteMaxx.com and Sean Krizsan and any reference to it. We are reporting you to Nouveau Riche University as well as to the media for deformation of character."
I was not aware that the previous RipOffReport was made, it was not made by me, and it is INACCURATE. I have provided the most accurate information I can about my experience with Sean Krizsan and Recruitemaxx.com. He can make any claims he wants and he can attempt to report me to Nouveau Riche University or the Media, the fact is - I have every email from his company and I have every name of individuals his company set appointments with, and if needed I will use any of this to show validity for my complaints.
