This girl contacted me out of the blue today. I don't know who the hell she is, nor do I really care. I told her I have not heard from Sean. I do not want to be involved in her little witch hunt. She directly ignored what I asked of her - a simple request - leave me the hell out of it - and then she went and posted my email here.
Don't believe a word either of them says - she's just as big of a joke as he is.
I want nothing to do with any of this. He has been out of my life for a long time and I want NOTHING to do with this.

Hello folks
I thought I would share with all of you a recent email I sent to this paralegal taking her up on her offer....this is the response I got from her.....
Hello Jen,
I am curious to read some information that you entered regarding "Sean Wimer", you stated that you have known him for what 3 Years ? Mmmmm well let me begin by telling you, I am the sister of his FIRST WIFE, IN which she was murdered, although the death certificate indicates "freshwater drowning" investagators still have the case open, because we know that's not what happen, but we wont go there right now and thats no concern of yours until you are proven to be the "Attorney for Hire" and not "Girlfriend" of this man.
Next, I hardly think that knowing him for just 3 years qualifies you to personnaly know his life and what he is about compaired to what I do. I have known this man for many years and he was a nightmare. I have been tracking his whereabouts for many years with our attorneys and investagators because I will not let this die. It's your right to believe what you want, and I am interested in knowing what Attorney it is that you are working for. You also stated that when you ( Get bored ) you do background checks on people. Well let me be the first to advise you on that one, and you have made it public, Unless those people have given you written consent, it is illegal to do such a thing. Even our office cannot perform this task with any employee without writtin consent or signature, with that said I did copy and paste and I would like to discuss your office procedures with your Manager.
I do not think it's good practice to be randomly backgrounding people within your scope of practice, you are not above the law. I myself will do a little more checking into this because I am courious as to what law is allowed where. The only thing I am telling you is, until you know someone for more then what you have, per hearsay..only evidence matters. and I have alot of it that is waiting to be presented when the time is right....
Sincerely,
Mrs.Watkins

First, I never did anything on company time or with company resources. I am quite capable of performing legal-based tasks from my home and am permitted to do so under Florida law so long as I openly disclose that I am not an attorney and do not cross the line into the unlicensed practice of law.
Next, I have been a paralegal for 10 years. I am in school to become an attorney myself. I write legal reports, draft motions, and negotiate settlements. The only thing I do not do is appear in court and openly represent clients. If you think that the role of a paralegal is trivial - try having absolutely any legal work done - 99.9% of the work is performed by a paralegal - and all the attorney does is review it.
As to the remainder of your allegations - I'll leave you with a legal phrase. If you'd care to define it please feel free - Objection - Hearsay. Show me the evidence behind your claims - where is the restraining order, lawsuit, or other legal documents to support this? Without evidence your claims are considered baseless and defamatory. You could be sued for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
