Sears Vacations Deceitful fraudulant lying impostors. Charging a finance charge on your money by telling u there's no finance. Unable to get any discount on the vacation u trying to book but r able to get the same vacation else where for discount. That the concierge do not get commission just their base pay. Internet
Sometime in March of 2017, my wife and I was approached by a man in sears, offering a free vacation if we attend a meeting for vacation. Anyway we did,. After the presentation I asked if there was a finance charge, I was told no, only the fees that are associated with the actual booking itself. My wife and I decided to get the largest package which was the diamond. A few month went by, we decided to use the free coupon. Only to realize that we would have to pay for every additional person with no food drink n no discount whatsoever. But what really tic me off, that they r charging me a finance charge on my own money that they didn't lend me.
