I have had the same issue with Kmart. They canceled my order the day after I made the final payment. I get different stories everytime I call them about when I might expect my refund. Yesterday 1/10/13, I spoke with a representative who checked their system and showed that no money has been refunded. About 1/2 an hour later, I received an email from a Greg B stating that I was already refunded my money (not true by any means), and that I needed to fax over my bank statement showing that I did not receive the refund which will take another 10-14 business days. BS! I am frustrated and feel hopeless in a sense that I cannot do anything about getting my money back.
