Sebastion Stan Bruski gives out phony checks and steals wages & products from staff and venders. Promises to pay and never does, he has ripped off several people from several movie sites. He is NOW BEING SUED for not paying wages, and THEFT of copy write material.

Hi John. How is your photography work coming along? I hired this guy (John to done some pictures for a indie project and we agreed to do this for time-for-print and that we would try to pay some cash amount. After he showed up and did a free photoshoot for one project (a world war 2 short), I asked him to come on to the indie project (a high school indie pilot). He agreed and took some pictures. He wanted approx $150/day or whatever he states was the deal and me and the producer tried to work out a deal, but we couldn't pay that much. So we said we cannot pay that and John, the photographer, STILL HAS THE PICTURES. He has all the ORGINALS and we only saw 15% of the low resolution pics. He has talent and is possibly the best I've seen in B.C., but he got greedy and I will not put up with that. I gave a check prefilled out but never put the date in for it was just for security and to show my comitment to try to get him some money, but he turned around and tried to cash it and of course since I didn't agree to that nor know we was going to deposit it without telling me, it bounced. THIS IS A CASE CLOSED. He took pictures, wanted more than agreed. I tried but couldn't come up with the new fees and so HE WALKED AWAY WITH THE PICTURES AND I WALKED AWAY WITH NOTHING BUT TIME WASTED. But I STILL wish him and his amazing talent the best.
