Select Portfolio Servicing was caught red handed with their hands in the pocket of Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac's costs and fee's. (Over 1,000,000.00) was uncoved that need to be paid back at last count. Select portfolio claimed they had hired special trained personnel that were to make sure the processes between FHA, Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae and all the monies owed were paid in a timely and trusted manner.
Several mortgagee's have lost their homes and all their money to SPS and the poorly managed business. SPS is also very discrimatory toward their employee's and allow inappropriate behavior to take place in the work place. They are particually discrimitory towards employess that ask too many questions and older employee's.
