This is a scam! I chose this company because of the amount of money the would give me for my cell phone. After many emails I realized I had been scammed. This is not a legitimate company and will never pay you for your cell phone. Go online look for a reputable company that will actually pay you. I fell for the great amount they quoted me online and got nothing in return. I should have known it was too good to be true. It's just such a bummer....and It's sad that people actually set up dummy websites and steal from people.
