SERVICE AMERICA DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY miami beach, Florida
Beware Of Service America. They are not what they say they are. Please Read All the small print.I promise you...You get a lot less then what you pay for. They will take your money and waste your time. I had to cancel my contract within the first month. After 4 unsuccessful attempts to repair my refrigerator, Service America decided to GIVE UP, but not after charging me a Ninty dollar service call.
After explaining my dilemma to customer service they apologized, but said they were unable to help me. After being transferred to the presidents office, they to apologized, but once again were unwilling to correct the problem. I asked for a refund, but once again they apologized.... no refunds.
The next time you see the white Service America van, please run the other way. They hide behind there name and the fact that they have been in business for around 40 years . Don't be fooled
