Covert actions against homeowners with "quiet title" actions. Committed against people unawares and done as quickly as possible in order not to allow action to be taken. There is no course of action, simply a letter stating "We just bought your house". Unethical at best and in conjunction with the named "Law firm" acting as the collection agency.
Unreasonable business practices zeroing in on distressed properties, and foreclosures. There is no amount of reasoning legal or otherwise that makes these practices acceptable. Cannot even be accredited by the better business bureau as an "Asset management company" because their dealings are so shady. I agree with another report that with a number of these houses they lease them back to the people who they swindle them from or give them to people they know to occupy. Disgraceful.
