Call them and you get go on line to v2premier.com and they will get hold of you then. when you call them and you get some one they ask for your phone number and say they will call you tomorrow and ask the best time to call. But you never get the call back. They treet you like a kid not a man or woman. I wanted one computer and I got three screens and three printers and only one monter. They took the pay out for two of them and aask me to send the other two back with me paying the money to send them back and insurance to. So I took the time and sent the two back and they told me they would call shopnbc and get the money put back into my account. It has been 5 weeks and no money put back into my account.
