Shop4tech bad return policy ripoff Montclair California
I bought 100 cd jewel cases which turned out to be of such low quality that not one could be used for any useful purpose. I returned them all as defective.
They don't pay shipping costs of returns and when they refund you, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. The origianl shipping cost was almost $10 and the cost for me to return it was $10. The jewel cases were originaly $22. I had probably saved money if I had not returned the cases.
They do state on their website that they won't pay for shipping on returned packages, they admit it's wrong but since Wal-Mart has the same policy they felt it was ok.
Also, since they are "ripper offers" they probably will try to sell my defective cd cases to someone else.
