Salesman met with my company in October and promised register tape advertising to begin December 15, 2014. Two months advertising fees were paid in advance. My company is a tax preparation service. Out business period begins on January 1. We checked with outlet stores and advertising was not on register tapes. Contacted salesman, who visited stores and found my company tapes were not on registers. Other company tapes were being run. Contacted company and requested cancellation and return of funds. We received notice that advertising would begin on March 9, 2015. We again emailed company to cancel advertisement. Company attempted to charge my credit card after cancellation. Company begain harassing phone calls, threatening to ruin our business and report to the IRS. We refused further telephone communication, and to-date we continue to receive threatening correspondences.
