I've been a member of Shopper's Hotline for years. It takes a LOOONG time to accumulate enough point to redeem for cash on a card they now send through the mail.

I finally got enough point to redeem, and I cashed in $80 worth of point.

After the 6-8 weeks it takes for them to actually credit these points to a card, I checked the balance on the card to find it was still ZERO.

So I called Shopper's Hotline. They told me to call the card people. The card people told me to contact Shopper's Hotline. Eventually, I got someone who told me they were having problems putting the money on the card, and it could take up to two months.

So I waited.

I redeemed my points last DECEMBER. It is now JUNE. I sent all their crap back to them and cancelled my account. It's a pain in the butt to haul all my groceries home and then have to scan everything before putting it all away, for NOTHING. Some busybody wants to know what we buy, and I'm supposed to waste my time for an intrusion into my life for no compensation.

When I called that final time about not having received the $80 on my card, I was told - again - that 'they were having problems putting the money on the card, and to wait two months.'

If you receive anything in the mail from these scammers, don't waste your time. Just throw it away.
