Simm Associates Scare Tatics Newark, Delaware
This company should NOT be in business. From day one I've gotten nothing but threatning phone calls that if I didn't pay the debt they'd take me and my father to court to get the debt paid. They also refuse to send me anything in writing so I can take action to pay the debt off.
To me that seems kind of shady. Shelly Brown is the first person who's contacted me. She called my cell phone and left a message wanting my father to call back. ( he was my co-signer and my car was reposessed)
Did everything in her power to scare the daylights out of me like his wages would be garnised, or they'd take us to court.
This was a year ago, they have yet to send me anything in writing or take us to court. If anyone knows how to begin a class action suit against them, I'm all for that because I did everything shy of selling my soul to the devil to try to get this debt paid. Oh and I also checked with the BBB on line and they're not registered. Not sure if they have to be or not, just puttin that out there for everyone. DO NOT let them scare you because trust me they will try their damndest.
